La prima volta entro e vengo accolto da una gentile segretaria che mi informa che non ci sono venditori in quella giornata...ah ok penso, partiamo bene! Mi dice di passare addirittura la settimana prossima (era inizio settimana vabbè). Oggi quindi decido di passare nuovamente e, tralasciando il fatto che il salone è stato aperto con 15 minuti di ritardo, vengo accolto dal venditore Peugeot. Essendo interessato al modello Citroen mi dice di rivolgermi al collega che mi vede ma è al telefono. Attendo e dopo un po' chiude la chiamata. Aspetto ma nulla...avrà da fare...ad un certo punto sento "eccoci qui!". Mi giro e penso "finalmente"ma no...ha solo cominciato una nuova chiamata! Incredibile...me ne vado senza dire nulla ma certamente non prenderò in considerazione loro per l'acquisto della mia automobile! C'è di sicuro chi è più attento al cliente e ha voglia di vendere e lavorare per bene! 2 visits to this dealership. Ho un problema con un auto elettrica nuova, di una settimana , ho chiamato e mi hanno risposto di portarla dove l'ho acquistata perché loro non hanno tempo. Ovviamente mi sono rivolto a citroen italia per segnalare e si sono scusati, assicurandomi che faranno qualcosa. Comunque ho risolto sempre con citroen dove mi hanno dato assistenza e auto sostitutiva immediata. Mai più con voi. Quella volta mi hanno consigliato bene di non prendere l auto da voi.
