★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono anni che vengo servito da Gls, ho sempre ricevuto un servizio conforme, ma questa volta non mi ha soddisfatto per niente, la consegna per due giorni risultava un tentativo non andato a buon fine come se fossi assente ed invece oltre ad essere tutti a casa, ho lasciato il cancello spalancato con un cartello appeso specificatamente "per il corriere" con l'invito ad entrare per consegnare il pacco ma non è servito a niente, addirittura alla terza giornata, nella tracciatura risultava il "PACCO CONSEGNATO" ed io non ho ricevuto niente! non capisco come si fa a lavorare così, dove sarà andato a finire il mio pacco? da chi lo hanno portato? chi va adesso a cercare "quel" pacco? speravo di essere se non l'unico, perlomeno uno dei pochi che hanno ricevuto un disservizio, ma ahimè....dalle recensioni vedo che invece sono uno dei tanti e di questo ne sono veramente dispiaciuto. vorrei sperare che Gls riesca ad organizzarsi per recuperare il terreno perso nei confronti di altri corrieri che stanno lavorando con ottimi servizi pur mantenendo la competitività. mi dispiace dover lasciare due stelle, spero alla prossima consegna poter mettere 5 stelle, però adesso ANDATE A CERCARE DOVE E' FINITO IL MIO PACCO E VENITE A CONSEGNARMELO.....forza Gls, dai che ti vogliamo competitivo perchè abbiamo bisogno di te !
 I have been served by Gls for years, I have always received a compliant service, but this time I was not satisfied at all, the delivery for two days was an unsuccessful attempt as if I were absent and instead in addition to being all at home , I left the gate wide open with a sign hung specifically "for the courier" with an invitation to enter to deliver the package but it was useless, even on the third day, the tracking showed the "PACKAGE DELIVERED" and I have not received nothing! I don't understand how to work like this, where will my package go? who did they bring it from? who is going to look for "that" package now? I was hoping to be if not the only one, at least one of the few who have received a disservice, but alas .... from the reviews I see that instead I am one of the many and for this I am really sorry. I would like to hope that Gls will manage to organize itself to make up for the lost ground against other couriers who are working with excellent services while maintaining competitiveness. I'm sorry to have to leave two stars, I hope the next delivery will be able to put 5 stars, but now GO FIND WHERE MY PACK IS FINISHED AND COME AND DELIVER IT TO ME ..... come on Gls, come on, we want you to be competitive because we need you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno SCHIFO. Servizio più che pessimo , mi rincuora che non sono l'unica . Pacco arrivato in un giorno da Trieste a Mantova e dal 27 gennaio ad oggi mai consegnato . Quei cretini INCOMPETENTI dei corrieri segnalavano che o io non ero a casa o rifiutavo il pacco. Sempre in casa e mai nessuno non ha suonato in una settimana . Il servizio clienti della sede di Mantova ancor peggio , non può fare nulla se non mandare segnalazioni , MA A CHE SCOPO?
Uno schifo , disorganizzati , una filiale pessima con della gente che ha in mano un lavoro che non dovrebbe avere . Spero di non avere mai più a che fare con questa azienda e sarà mia premura pubblicare in tutti i posti possibili la mia recensione per fare sapere anche agli altri che azienda è.
A SUCK. More than bad service, it heartens me that I'm not the only one. Parcel arrived in one day from Trieste to Mantua and never delivered from 27 January to today. Those INCOMPETENT jerks of couriers signaled that either I was not at home or I refused the package. Always at home and no one has never played in a week. Even worse, the customer service of the Mantua office can do nothing but send reports, BUT WHAT PURPOSE?
A lousy, disorganized, bad branch with people holding a job they shouldn't have. I hope to never have anything to do with this company again and it will be my pleasure to publish my review in all possible places to let others know what company it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto come sempre ampiamente soddisfatto per il servizio celere e cortese. Da me girano addetti rumeni ragazzi bravissimi a volte se spedizione di volume grosso consegnano davanti al garage che è nel cortile del condominio. Stamattina consegna lavastoviglie stesso servizio ragazzo rumeno nuovo lo stesso gentilissimo. Tengo a precisare che diversi corrieri si rifiutano e consegnano sul marciapiede a volte manco parlano italiano e manco citofonano in quanto manco sanno leggere.- Grazie GLS come sempre svolge un eccellente servizio
As always, I was largely satisfied with the fast and courteous service. I have Romanian workers who are very good guys, sometimes if large volume consignments deliver in front of the garage that is in the courtyard of the condominium. This morning dishwasher delivery same service new Romanian boy the same very kind. I would like to clarify that several couriers refuse and deliver on the sidewalk, sometimes they don't even speak Italian and they don't even intercom as they don't know how to read.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio pacco è partito da Ravenna in 1 giorno era a Mantova. Peccato che da Mantova a Mantova sono passati 4 giorni e ancora il mio pacco non so vede. Prima scrivono in consegna poi in ritardo il giorno dopo dicono che alle 18.30 sono passati io ero a casa e non ha suonato nessuno. Il giorno dopo era in consegna poche ore dopo era in ritardo per cause maggiori.a perché Amazon non fonda una consegna con corrieri suoi magari più professionali. Nessuno chiama i corrieri girano avanti e dietro sprecando benzina e inquinando per niente. Boh spero mai più una consegna con gls
My package left Ravenna in 1 day and was in Mantua. Too bad that 4 days have passed from Mantua to Mantua and I still don't see my package. First they write for delivery then late the next day they say that at 6.30 pm I was at home and nobody rang. The next day it was delivered a few hours later it was delayed for major reasons, because Amazon does not set up a delivery with its perhaps more professional couriers. Nobody calls the couriers turn back and forth wasting gasoline and polluting for nothing. Boh I hope never again a delivery with gls
