M	Matteo Panizza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato per un intervento in garanzia segnalazione malfunzionamento ABS prontamente risolto era solo un cablaggio centralina abs questo lo scorso marzo e a seguire poi mi reco in concessionaria per tagliando 1000 km serietà e disponibilità niente da dire sin qui . Mentre quest’ultima esperienza è stata negativa: lo scorso Agosto con alle spalle solo 4000 km avverto una frenata non lineare sull’anteriore fastidiosa decido di attendere e utilizzare comunque la moto poi visto che a dicembre dopo aver percorso un totale di 5.600 km il problema persiste prima di recarmi dal gommista per sostituire i pneumatici prendo app in concessionaria dov’è ho trovato sempre disponibilità da parte dell’officina che dopo aver testato la moto e confermando quanto sopra descritto viene respinta la sostituzione dicendo i dischi sono marchiati brembo non rientrano in garanzia Ducati se proprio vuoi sostituirli approfittane degli sconti invernali , la risposta mi lascia un amaro in bocca quindi chiamo Ducati Parma e mi vien detto portami qui la moto mi reco da loro che escono per un test e senza nemmeno che io lo chieda mi dicono i dischi vanno sostituiti e mi viene consegnata una moto di cortesia gratuitamente . While the latter experience was negative: last August with only 4000 km behind me I feel an annoying non-linear braking on the front I decide to wait and use the bike anyway then seeing that in December after having traveled a total of 5,600 km the problem persists before I go to the tire dealer to replace the tires I get the app at the dealership where it is I always found availability from the workshop that after having tested the bike and confirming the above described the replacement is rejected saying the discs are marked brembo they are not covered by the Ducati warranty if you really want to replace them take advantage of the winter discounts, the answer leaves a bitter taste in my mouth so I call Ducati Parma and I am told bring the bike here I go to them that they go out for a test and without even asking me they tell me the discs must be replaced and a courtesy bike is given to me for free.

Inutile dire che contattando qualsiasi centro Ducati del nord Italia, la risposta era sempre la stessa. Ho avuto la brillante idea di contattare il centro Ducati di Mantova gestito da Oscar che invece mi prometteva la moto per fine Luglio. Non solo Oscar mi ha dedicato del tempo in qualsiasi momento gli scrivessi (anche nei giorni di chiusura), rispondendo e colmando ogni mia domanda/dubbio ma e' riuscito a farmi avere la moto molto tempo prima; il nove luglio, praticamente piu' di venti giorni in anticipo!! Non posso fare altro che spendere delle ottime parole e complimenti verso tutto lo staff! Precisi, veloci, educati e disponibili. Sicuramente questo e' un centro al TOP e vi consiglio vivamente di rivolgervi a loro se volete un servizio impeccabile.
