Ho trovato sempre sportellisti cordiali e competenti, rapidi nella gestione delle richieste. Non c'è quasi mai coda.
The municipality is very active with communications via the Municipium app and the Facebook page. There is certainly no lack of organization.
I have always found friendly and competent helpers, quick in handling requests. There is almost never a queue.
