★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io o mandato un pacco dalla Sicilia per arrivare ad Mantova ed e stato prima di Natale e sono passati più di alcuni giorni ed io ciò chiamato ed mi anno detto che il pacco ed stato rovinato ed ritornerà al mittente cioè io io angora aspetto il pacco ed non penso che arriverà più perché secondo me ed estato rubato perché all'interno c'era una cesta ed un regalo dentro la cesta c'erano che cos'è tipici della Sicilia ed erano sotto vuoto ed c'erano 2 bottiglie di vino ma. Io dico ok il pacco ed stato rovinato per le bottiglie di vino per però io il regalo ed le cose tipiche non si rovinano mai .per me non è giusto che le persone guardino i pacchi ?????ed prendono il loro contenuto
 I either sent a package from Sicily to arrive in Mantua and it was before Christmas and more than a few days have passed and I called this and told me that the package has been ruined and will return to the sender that is I am waiting for the package and I don't think it will come anymore because in my opinion it was stolen because inside there was a basket and a gift inside the basket there were what is typical of Sicily and they were vacuum packed and there were 2 bottles of wine but. I say ok the package has been spoiled for the wine bottles but I the gift and the typical things never get spoiled. For me it is not right that people look at the packages ????? and take their contents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se mi mandate la mail con scritto che il pacco arriva un determinato giorno ad una determinata ora, deve essere così realmente! Perché la gente si organizza per trovarsi a casa a riceve il pacco e poi non arriva nulla! Solo una cosa dovete fare e non ne siete in grado, cambiate lavoro allora!
If you send me the email saying that the package arrives on a certain day at a certain time, it must really be like that! Because people organize themselves to be at home and receive the package and then nothing arrives! Only one thing you have to do and you are not able, change jobs then!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo nel mantovano e lavoro nel veronese. Di solito mi faccio consegnare i pacchi a lavorare e non ho mai avuto problemi. Da 13 anni ogni volta che le mie maledette mani prenotano una consegna a casa, puntuale come un orologio svizzero ho problemi con consegna, oggetto rubato, dicono di essere passati da casa e non mi hanno trovato ed invece ero sul balcone a guardare come i cagnolini (mai passati). Oggi nuova esperienza, sposto un giorno di riposo lavorativo per un pacco "ingombrante" in consegna il 21, addirittura per tempo lo posticipo al giorno dopo cioè ad oggi, (hanno avuto un giorno in più) quindi mi danno appuntamento tra le 12 alle 14. Di nuovo sul balcone come un cagnolino scodinzolante e alle 11.36 aggiornano la consegna con la giustificazione che non sono organizzati a consegnare dei mobili. Quindi tutto da rifare. Un giorno di riposo bruciato dalla loro mal organizzazione. Inaffidabili, poco professionisti e poco rispettosi dei clienti. Mi hanno proposto il ritiro in filiale; ahahah se se ve piacerebbe. Non affiderei nemmeno una caffettiera da consegnare.
I live in the Mantua area and work in the Verona area. I usually get my packages delivered to work and have never had any problems. For 13 years every time my damn hands book a home delivery, punctual as a Swiss watch I have problems with delivery, stolen object, they say they went home and they didn't find me and instead I was on the balcony looking like dogs (never passed). Today new experience, I move a working day off for a "bulky" package to be delivered on the 21st, even for time I postpone it to the day after that is today, (they had an extra day) so they give me an appointment between 12 and 14 Back on the balcony like a little dog wagging its tail and at 11.36 they update the delivery with the justification that they are not organized to deliver furniture. So everything to be redone. A day of rest burned by their bad organization. Unreliable, not very professional and not very respectful of customers. They offered me a pickup at the branch; hahaha if you would like it. I wouldn't even trust a coffee pot to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service, I call three times for the delivery address in case anything is missing, on the end they send me an email informing me that that the pass by my address and couldn’t make the delivery. On the second day I was obliged to drive 80 km to pick-up my box by myself. I will never recommend this courier to anyone, and for the next I will make sure to use e different company
