N	NICO MINOLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione dopo circa due settimane Arriviamo nel luogo molto affamati e veniamo accolti cordialmente dal proprietario e dal figlio, molto gentili inizialmente. Il locale dispone di un ampio spazio fuori, dentro è piuttosto ristretto. Ci vengono proposti diversi piatti fuori menù Ordiniamo due paste alla pecorara e due al tartufo Tempi di attesa leggermente lunghi ma accettabili considerando quanto fosse affollato il locale Paste veramente buone, entrambe, ricche, saporite e soprattutto genuine. Veniamo serviti fino alla fine del pranzo con gentilezza da tutto il personale La sorpresa arriva alla fine... le paste al tartufo... 19 euro l'una!!!! Ci può pure stare come prezzo... ma come è possibile non segnare sul menù ne annunciare al cliente il prezzo di un piatto che costa quasi il doppio del resto del menù????? Una truffa bella e buona!!!! Dopo quello che è successo a Norcia l'umiltà e il duro lavoro dovrebbero essere sopra tutto, non le truffe e l'approfittarsi del cliente!!!!! Prima di andarcene facciamo le nostre rimostranze al proprietario, il quale non sembra neppure troppo dispiaciuto Controlliamo infine ogni angolo del locale, alla ricerca di un posto dove venisse segnato il prezzo della pasta al tartufo, ma niente!!!! Si mangia bene, ma la truffa che abbiamo subito va sopra tutto, motivo per cui se ripasserò in zona non ci tornerò!!!! There may also be a price ... but how is it possible not to mark on the menu or announce to the customer the price of a dish that costs almost double the rest of the menu ????? A beautiful and good scam !!!! After what happened in Norcia, humility and hard work should be above all else, not scams and taking advantage of the customer !!!!! Before leaving we make our complaints to the owner, who does not even seem too sorry Finally, we check every corner of the place, looking for a place where the price of pasta with truffles was marked, but nothing !!!! M'anco a dirlo, a farla da padrone è il maiale in tutte le sue declinazioni. Allevato allo stato brado appena fuori Norcia, è a quanto pare l'unico suino che risiede davvero nella città di S. Benedetto prima di trasformarsi nelle leccornie che ben conosciamo. Non che possa averne la certezza, ma quando le dimensioni di un fenomeno agroalimentare assumono certe proporzioni, almeno una domanda su come si possa soddisfare tutto il mercato sorge spontanea... Comunque, il pluripremiato prosciutto crudo è un'esperienza da provare. Poesia. Ma ci sono solo i maiali? In effetti i suini no si allevano nè si "insaccano" da soli... la famiglia che gestisce il tutto è davvero eccezionale; basta parlarci un po' per capire quale e quanto sia l'attaccamento alla propria terra e quanto sia l'orgoglio per quello che fanno. Inutile dire che si resta ammirati nel pensare alla sofferenza e ai sacrifici fatti dopo il terremoto. Massimo rispetto. Servizio simpatico e professionale, che ci ha accolto come a casa. Il menù offre prodotti tipici del posto, in particolare il maiale brado di Norcia. Qualità/Prezzo molto buona. Locale perfetto per famiglie. Da tornarci sicuramente! Restaurant that has outdoor tables, plus there is a large free parking lot nearby. Friendly and professional service, which welcomed us like at home. The menu offers typical local products, in particular the wild pig of Norcia. Very good quality / price. Perfect place for families. Salumi di produzione propria, da allevamento di maiali “liberi” di muoversi e di mangiare, senza sfruttamento intensivo. Vale la pena fare una degustazione di prodotti misti, tutti ottimi !
