Puoi farlo in questo ristorantino accogliente, colorato e caratterizzato da una conduzione familiare attentissima al cliente che propone primi di pasta fresca fatta in casa tra i quali, oltre agli strangozzi, consiglio di provare anche i cappellacci da 50gr alla norcina tartufati. Qualcosa di veramente godurioso! ? Ovviamente consiglio di iniziare con un bel tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali! ?rigorosamente della casa. If you go to Norcia you have to eat at least one plate of strangozzi with truffles! You can do it in this cozy, colorful restaurant characterized by a family-run business that is very attentive to the customer who offers fresh home-made pasta first courses among which, in addition to strangozzi, I also recommend trying the 50gr cappellacci alla norcina truffles. Something truly enjoyable! ? Obviously I recommend starting with a nice platter of local cold cuts and cheeses! ?strictly of the house.

They let their actions and creations speak for them and smile in humility when you are gracious in return. Just outstanding Umbrian fare, from local producers that is treated with pride in preparation. The Art of the Norcino is respected in the dishes served, and the quiet pride of tradition is absolutely obvious. Just dadgum good people, and chow that will blow your socks off. There is a subtlety to Umbrian fare, that is completely lost by most. Umbrian lentils for instance...are 100% technique driven. They are tiny and can over power the balance in a soup. Getting it right takes a Norcian Nona....with decades of practice. Few have the skill and experience. This place nailed it! It's a simple dish, but deceptively easy to get wrong. Service was outstanding. I forgot and left my day pack behind, and they closed 20 Min. After we left. Upon realizing my error we rushed back. Passport, room key, back up credit card, were in there. We found the doors locked. Upon turning away, the neighbor next to the Restaurant called to us, and came out with the day pack..... intact. she explained that the staff was concerned and asked that she keep an eye open for our return. Awesome little place. Awesome chow,. Awesome people. I cannot say enough.

Tiramisu and Apple Cake. Top quality ingredients. Delightful service. Lovely and cool inside on a boiling hot day. Good value. Recommended.
