La nota più positiva è che si mangiano pietanze fatte in casa e con prodotti del territorio. Locale semplice, ed è giusto che sia così. Bravi

Binomio vincente, se parliamo in particolare di tartufo nero di Norcia, dei piatti tipici umbri, oltre alla pizza molto fina e digeribile.
Ottima anche la focaccia.

A winning combination, if we speak in particular of Norcia black truffles, typical Umbrian dishes, as well as very fine and digestible pizza.
The focaccia is also excellent.

In addition to the beautiful landscape surrounding Fogliano we were pampered by an excellent Pizza quality products typical of the area .... honest prices, courteous and easy-going staff .... you will feel at home ... beyond our expectations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un locale molto spartano a conduzione familiare... dove il piatto della casa era assente, i sughi come il ragù era esiguo di carne e nonostante la pasta stirata a mano il sapore nel complesso era non appetibile. Meritava solo la grigliata mista... molto buona per il resto niente di che... peccato... delusione...
A very basic local family ... where the dish of the house was absent, sauces such as Bolognese sauce was very small meat and despite the hand stretched dough flavor overall was not palatable. Only deserved the mixed grill ... very good for the rest nothing ... sin ... disappointment ...

The only restaurant in the hamlet. Very rough location and not too well cared for but the food is really good. Tasty skewers and ravioli.
