Quite good in everything. Large room. Fast service. Free Wifi. But not very organized. Managers think only of business. As long as it lasts. To us and you're almost perfect if it wasn't for the last it's a painful lunch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza unica , è difficile trovare una carbonara come quella che ho assaggiato e non contento lo chef ci ha portato anche la pasta con pachino guanciale e fave e pecorino a pioggia (eccezionale).
Grande professionalità , igiene, e gentilezza .
Se passate dalle parti di Cascia (PG) non potete perdervi una mangiata di quelle con veri sapori.
Che altro dire .... Scopritelo da soli.
P.S. ne vale la pena anche se non siete lì per caso e partite da Roma .
Unique experience, it is difficult to find a carbonara like the one I tasted and not happy the chef also brought us the pasta with pachino bacon and broad beans and pecorino a rain (exceptional).
Great professionalism, hygiene, and kindness.
If you pass by the parts of Cascia (PG) you cannot miss a meal of those with real flavors.

P.S. it is worth it even if you are not there by chance and leave Rome.
