Lo consiglio vivamente. Excellent restaurant, typical Umbrian cuisine, fixed menu that combines excellent quality at a more than affordable price. The staff is as welcoming as the place. I highly recommend it.

Le pietanze al tartufo dove il tartufo c'è realmente, abbondante e fresco! Cozy restaurant in the center of Cascia, not far from the Basilica. Very kind staff and excellent dishes at a fair price. Truffle dishes where the truffle really exists, abundant and fresh!

Nel complesso cibo buono ed abbondante, unica critica per quanto riguarda la grigliata di maiale, risultata un po' asciutta (forse preparata un po' troppo in anticipo rispetto ai tempi di uscita) e, per i miei gusti, la salsiccia non proprio il top. Comunque esperienza più che sufficiente. Da provare. Beautiful environment, friendly and welcoming staff, excellent location. Taken appetizer, first and second. Overall good and plentiful food, the only criticism regarding the grilled pork, which turned out to be a little dry (perhaps prepared a little too early with respect to the exit times) and, for my taste, the sausage is not exactly the top . However experience more than enough. To try.
F	Francesco Martini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo me non so gli altri che hanno recensito 5 stelle dove hanno mangiato ma sicuramente non in questo ristorante, l'antipasto in foto costa 10€ ed il valore non è di certo quello, la norcineria era di media qualità e mi sarei aspettato almeno una bruschetta al tartufo in mezzo, quantità proprio misera. Poi abbiamo optato per un primo (strangozzi piccanti) ed un secondo (salsiccia norcina) dal "menù del pellegrino"... A questo proposito proprio da pellegrino di bassa qualità era, pomodoro scadente e acido e 2 salsicce (non sicuramente di Norcia ma industriali, lo dico da macellaio Perugino) e poco cotte, ed una "sporcata" di patate arrosto per fare scena. Conclusione, se volete mangiare bene NON ANDATE QUI!!! In my opinion I do not know the others who have reviewed 5 stars where they ate but definitely not in this restaurant, the appetizer in the photo costs € 10 and the value is certainly not that, the butchery was of medium quality and I would have expected at least one bruschetta with truffles in the middle, very poor quantity. Then we opted for a first course (spicy strangozzi) and a second course (salsiccia norcina) from the "pilgrim's menu" ... In this regard, just as a low-quality pilgrim was, poor and sour tomato and 2 sausages (certainly not from Norcia but industrial, I say from Perugino butcher) and undercooked, and a "dirty" of roasted potatoes to make a scene. Conclusion, if you want to eat well DON'T GO HERE !!!
