Il negozio è un container e fa parte di una lunga serie di negozi che fino ad agosto 2016 si trovavano nel centro di Norcia. Da allora questa gente è costretta a lavorare in un posto al di fuori del paese, con scarsa visibilità. Agosto 2016. Ci resta un sacchetto di lenticchie... Saranno buone? Io non ho dubbi. We had lunch on the bench opposite with salami, raw ham and cheese sandwiches, accompanied by craft beer: all delicious to the point that we didn't even feel uncomfortable ;-) We brought home a Norcia salami, a truffle salami and a slice of aged pecorino which unfortunately are already finished: too good! We have a bag of lentils left ... Will they be good? I have no doubts.

Oltre ai tanti e buonissimi prodotti, ho avuto il piacere di conoscere delle persone meravigliose, tanta gentilezza, disponibilità ma soprattutto tantissima onestà. Difatti, dopo aver comprato e pagato ho ritirato il tutto dopo qualche ora e la sorpresa é stata la restituzione di una parte di soldi in quanto la signora controllando il conto si é accorta di un errore contabile a mio favore.
