★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo amanti della carne di cavallo, sia io che mio marito! Ormai le macellerie equine a Bologna sono rimaste pochissime. Dopo aver fatto "prove" risultanti deludenti, per caso passando davanti al negozio abbiamo voluto fermarci e fare acquisti. Con nostra grande soddisfazione abbiamo trovato un Vero Macellaio professionale e gentile prodigo anche di consigli culinari per una resa ottimale! La carne è veramente ottima???. Mio marito l'apprezza cruda! Io amo i filetti altiii ed appena scottati. Però anche i tagli di roast-beef sono tenerissimi. In inverno faccio stracotti succulenti. Polpette! Involtini. Ho "convertito " amici carnivori alla carne di cavallo! Negozio fornito anche di salumi equini di qualità. Rapporto qualità-prezzi assolutamente equo! NOI SIAMO DIVENTATI CLIENTI FEDELI, PROVATE E MI DARETE RAGIONE! ☺ Parcheggio facile.
We are lovers of horse meat, both me and my husband! By now the horse butchers in Bologna have remained very few. After making disappointing "rehearsals", by passing the shop we wanted to stop and shop. To our great satisfaction we have found a professional and kind prodigious butcher also of culinary advice for an optimal yield! The meat is really good???. My husband appreciates it raw! I love high and freshly cooked fillets. But even roast beef cuts are very tender. In winter I make succulent stews. Meatballs! Rolls. I have "converted" carnivorous friends to horse meat! Shop also stocked with quality horse cured meats. Value for money absolutely fair! WE HAVE BECOME FAITHFUL CUSTOMERS, TRY AND GIVE ME A REASON! ☺ Easy parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne freschissima, qui ho mangiato la più buona bistecca (alta ovviamente) degli ultimi anni! Mi stavo per mettere a piangere per la bontà! Parlo da rappresentante della Toscana e da amante del Giappone; la buona carne la conosco. Fatevi consigliare dal capo e non sbaglierete!
