Vi si trovano sempre molti prodotti freschi già preparati e guarniti pronti per essere solo cotti ( polpettoni di vario tipo, spiedini , tortillas, tramezzini, pollo e coniglio a pezzetti con curry, olive ... sformatini di zucca o verdure varie, polpette molto morbide e profumate )
Ottima l’insalata russa in genere così difficile da trovare buona a Bologna

Once upon a time in this butcher's shop they were of exquisite kindness. Now, after the change of management, the standard has dropped a little. Good quality of the meat, even if not cheap.
