★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gentleman and a scholar. We had the delight of visiting April 15th/16th and wow, the care and understanding of the meat was a treat to see in action. Our only regret is that we did not get more. The butcher also had a Sicilian olive oil that we are looking forward to trying as it's so hard to find a good olive oil in the states. Thank you for the visit. It was a delight.
