★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to visit, grab ingredients or have some lunch.
We had snacks here and also got ingredients for our dinner: the pesto and olives we got were divine.
Cheese was expensive but very tasty.
On my next visit I would definitely go to the chicken & potato place for lunch.

If you look for pickles, vegetable, fruits - this is the right place. All very fresh and somewhat pricey.
I really like the Deli there. The Balsamic onions are awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercato Delle Erbe is a smaller indoor market in the center of Bologna that has a good number of fruit and vegetable shops in the middle and some fish and meat on the sides. While not cheap, prices are competitive with those of supermarkets in the same neighborhood.

You can get much better places around but the concept of the place was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a very cute and authentic Italian market hall. There’s many stands selling fresh fruit vegetables, pastries and formaggio! And it smells amazing in there! The sellers are very kind and some even offer you to try things!And omg you should buy one of the peaches. They’re literally so big, sweet and juicy! You really don’t find anything alike in Germany. ???
