★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a lovely lady that works here, I do not know her name, but every time I visit Bologna I try to say hello. She speaks great English and kindly shows me all of the restaurants that use their pasta! Conoscenti and Sangiovese to Jake a few!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't which is better; the delicious fresh pasta or the lovely ladies that run Le Sfogline. Wonderful pasta which we took away with us and cooked/served in stock after a wonderful chat with the two ladies working here. A delight from start to finish.
[As an aside, and I'd never deduct a mark if they didn't, but the ladies spoke impeccable English.]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies here were so friendly and helpful. Patiently explaining the most basic fundamentals about pasta terminology and preparation. Plus, their stuff is damn good. One warning to the inexperienced; be sure to go directly to your kitchen with their product, or it can clump and stick together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely little shop, we went In the afternoon big mistake they had nothing left! The lady in there spoke good English and explained that they are now making up their orders but they very kindly gave us some Tortellini from one of the orders and the remaining Tortelloni they had left. We have just eaten the Tortelloni and it melts in the mouth. We recommend visiting here but make sure it’s in the morning.

This amazing place has a restaurant where you can eat wonderfully as well as a shop in the front to buy pasta etc to take away. We had lovely plate of ravioli and another of tottolini with butter/sage. WOW. Wonderful. Washed it down with a nice glass of local red wine. A fantastic lunch - I can not wait to go again.
