El chico que nos atendió no pudo ser más simpático y amable. Nos ayudo en todo lo necesario para decidir qué parmesano traíamos para España. Lo preparan sumamente bien y con cariño para que llegue perfectamente.

 Magnificent place to buy products from Italy, especially from the Emilia-Romagna area.
The guy who served us could not have been nicer and more friendly. He helped us with everything we needed to decide which Parmesan to bring to Spain. They prepare it extremely well and with love so that it arrives perfectly.

I prezzi sono più alti della media ma rispecchiano la qualità di quello che si compra.

Ho contattato Linda che da subito si è resa disponibile a costruire insieme a me un esperienza indimenticabile. Giro in formaggeria con degustazione di formaggi e cestino di degustazione a casa con preparazione di risotto di castelmagno, vino e dolce. Il tutto accompagnato da istruzioni e decorazione dei vari pacchetti. Si vedono lontano un miglio le persone che lavorano con passione, Linda è sicuramente una di queste.

I met this cheese shop on the occasion of a birthday present for my girlfriend who is passionate about cheese.
I contacted Linda who immediately made herself available to build an unforgettable experience with me. Cheese shop tour with cheese tasting and tasting basket at home with preparation of castelmagno risotto, wine and dessert. All accompanied by instructions and decoration of the various packages. People who work with passion can be seen a mile away, Linda is definitely one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful cheese shop in the Mercato delle Erbe with a great selection from all over Italy (and beyond) that we always visit when in Bologna. The owners are extremely friendly and always happy to provide advice and tastings of their wide selection, always good to expand your tastes. This year we were unable to visit in person, but were still able order via their website and email, with great communication and quick delivery by courier.
