Master Classes interessanti e ben strutturate. In conclusione, centro altamente raccomandato! Great little quality studio. Small classes to provide an attentive approach to each of us. I follow the Kundalini class with enormous benefit. Interesting and well structured Master Classes. In conclusion, highly recommended center!

Total Barre and mat Pilates offered as well. Class sizes are small so students receive individual attention and get to know other students. Gong sessions are held once a month and pranatherapy offered upon special request.

Teachers are highly qualified and during each class there is time for individual work as there are very small groups during each practice. It is a wonderful cosy boutique studio in the heart of Rome with very talented instructors. The variety of courses gives the freedom of selecting on personal basis what really your body and soul needs on that moment.
