★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da tanto tempo sentivo parlare di Alchimia Yoga & Fitness Studio, ma oggi (19 gennaio 2019) per la prima volta ho partecipato a un evento in tale sede; era una lezione di acroyoga.
L'acroyoga mi piace molto, soprattutto per il contatto fisico con gli altri partecipanti, ma anche perché è un'ottima occasione per fare moto. In più, Federica spiega bene e rende piacevole la lezione.
For a long time I have been hearing about Alchimia Yoga & Fitness Studio, but today (January 19, 2019) for the first time I attended an event there; it was an acroyoga lesson.
I like acroyoga a lot, especially for the physical contact with the other participants, but also because it is an excellent opportunity to exercise. In addition, Federica explains well and makes the lesson enjoyable.
