The vinyasa flow is challenging and creative.
Zuzana opens the class with a spiritual and personal introduction which gives an inspiring purpose to the practice revealing the depth and beauty of our inner being. Beautiful community. A true and unique yoga experience.

It's located in the most important and elegant area of the historical center.
You'll find yourself in a very beautiful space to practice in, filled with a wonderful energy and light. The atmosphere at Zem is so warmful you really feel at home, ....often even better than home!!!
The vinyasa, hata, yin and yoga dance experienced teachers are excellent: professional and very kind, but most of all they always extraordinarily succeed in making you feel much much better than when you came in!!!
At Zem you'll also find the perfect variety of classes types (from slower to more intense) able to suit your energy level on that specific day.
Amity from Seattle is Zem's owner, she is such a wonderful human being you just can't get enough of her positive energy and sweetness. Her dynamic flow and fun class is my favorite ever.

High standards regarding the place, wooden floor, super clean, expert teachers, warm international atmosphere, central location.Its good both for tourists and local as the classes are mostly in English. They also have a wide variety of classes each day.

Whether you're a local or a visitor, the studio will welcome you with open arms and an open heart!
