★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ho effettuato un noleggio on line pagando l'importo che mi veniva richiesto, come avviene sempre negli acquisti o noleggi on line. All'arrivo del prodotto mi viene chiesto di pagare una cifra aggiuntiva con la motivazione che il sito ha effettuato un calcolo errato. Pensavo si trattasse di un'azienda seria e invece mi sono trovata a contrattare come avviene con i venditori ambulanti che non espongono prezzi. Decisamente assurdo. Venditore inaffidabile. Nel futuro mi rivolgerò sicuramente ad altra ditta. E comunque tengo a precisare che al telefono avevate chiesto 30 euro in piu, cosi come ha tentato di fare la persona che ha portato e montato il letto. Ribadisco non ci sono scuse per giustificare un tale comportamento.
Bad experience. I made an online rental by paying the amount I was asked for, as is always the case in online purchases or rentals. Upon arrival of the product, I am asked to pay an additional amount on the grounds that the site has made an incorrect calculation. I thought it was a serious company and instead I found myself bargaining as it happens with street vendors who do not display prices. Definitely absurd. Unreliable seller. In the future I will certainly turn to another company. And anyway I want to clarify that on the phone you asked for 30 euros more, just as the person who brought and mounted the bed tried to do. I repeat there is no excuse to justify such behavior.

Letto elettrico in ottimo stato, praticamente nuovo. Anche materasso ed accessori, tutto conforme alle norme covid.
Ho apprezzato molto anche i ragazzi, puntualissimi nell’orario concordato e oltretutto anche attenti e sensibili alla difficoltà della situazione. Grande professionalità. Assolutamente consigliato.
Very satisfied with the service offered by M.I.A. Medical! I called on Sunday and got my delivery on Monday morning. Ms. Ingrid was extremely available from the first telephone contact and the agreed rates were duly respected and regularly billed.
Electric bed in excellent condition, practically new. Also mattress and accessories, all compliant with covid standards.
I also appreciated the boys very much, very punctual at the agreed time and, moreover, also attentive and sensitive to the difficulty of the situation. Great professionalism. Absolutely recommended.
