Punctual and professional excellent experience. Singular access to the structure for the visit, you pass through the shop .... I would avoid a single entrance for visiting users and customers who buy sanitary devices since the line is unique and you enter 1 at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un confronto chiedendo di portarmi una sedia nuova con scatola nuova, perchè ho pensato che sicuramente la sedia a muro per doccia era già stata usata non essendo stata imballata correttamente e non avendo neanche il libretto d'istruzioni, il tizio alla reception mi ha portato una scatola già usata (con scotch da imballagio evidente e fori ai fianchi aperti per il trasporto già effettuato in precedenza) facendomi credere che era uguale e nuova a quella che mi avevano venduto... Mah...
I asked for a comparison asking to bring me a new chair with a new box, because I thought that surely the shower wall chair had already been used as it was not packed correctly and not even having the instruction booklet, the guy at the reception gave me brought a box already used (with evident packaging tape and holes on the sides open for the transport already carried out previously) making me believe that it was the same and new to the one they had sold me ... Well ...
