Andiamo all’ufficio anagrafe per fare la carta d’identità e non vanno bene perché il formato è troppo grande. Ho avuto modo di testare due apparecchi ubicati a Catanzaro (quartiere Barone e Via Lucrezia della Valle) e ne è venuta fuori una pessima esperienza: al centro commerciale Le Fontane non funzionava il sistema operativo (una barra di errore tipica dei computer ha oscurato la visuale nello schermo che rappresenta la cam; al centro commerciale le Aquile, a Via Lucrezia della Valle, sono riportate informazioni sbagliate (accetta monete da 50 centesimi, ma solo per mangiarsele, perché non vengono riconosciute come pagamento), così, fare la fototessera per l'iscrizione all'università è diventato un incubo, ci sono riuscito solo grazie al fatto che la titolare di un negozio vicino mi ha dato un euro , altrimenti l'importo inserito nella macchinetta mangiasoldi sarebbe rimasto sempre a 4, impedendomi di fare la fotografia. L'unico consiglio che posso dare a Dedem Automatica S.P.A. di Roma è migliorare la propria logica di mercato con i clienti, oltre a risolvere i (vergognosi) problemi già citati, perché foto come le vostre sono sempre meno richieste a motivo dell'esistenza del digitale, e continuando così, presto non incasserete nemmeno un euro. Da evitare come la peste, non fate foto da loro a meno che non sia proprio necessario (nella mia zona non c'è un fotografo). The machines of this company always have some problems. Al momento della stampa vi è stata una interruzione della corrente elettrica della macchina (Strano eh!..), comportando una non erogazione del servizio richiesto e la mancata restituzione del resto dovuto. ????? M	Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho utilizzato il servizio cabina fototessere in Via Prenestina a Roma, ho avuto un problema con la stampa, le foto erano sbiadite e con degli aloni al centro del volto, così ho chiamato l'assistenza, devo dire molto cortesi e professionali, mi hanno rimborsato immediatamente. Do 4 e non 5 stelle come consiglio a migliorare la manutenzione e la pulizia delle cabine, per il resto ineccepibili. Sono state rifiutate per ben due volte dalla questura e ho dovuto farle da un fotografo. Ho buttato 10€. Da levare la dicitura "a norma icao" perché è falsa. Bad photos. They claim to print passport photos but are of very poor quality. They were refused twice by the police and I had to do them by a photographer. I threw away € 10. To remove the wording "in accordance with ICAO" because it is false.

Il giorno successivo domenica mi hanno chiamato ed offerto rimborso tramite credito da remoto. Sono dovuto ritorno al centro commerciale , chiamare l'assistenza clienti che finalmente ha risposto ed ho fatto le foto. Anche se alla fine ho risolto è stata una seccatura ritornare al centro commerciale dopo. s	sandrine pinna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in una cabina di un centro commerciale di Sassari e mi ha tenuto le 5 euro perché era fuori servizio, l'assistente è stata molto gentile e mi ha fatto andare in un'altra cabina, mi ha restituito le 5 euro e cosi ho potuto fare le foto ma al posto di stamparmi quelle da 6 euro che ho selezionato apposta per il rinnovo patente mi ha stampato quelle da 2 euro dove c'è scritto non valide per documento! Speriamo bene che le accettino lo stesso per il rinnovo!
