Devo sottolinearne innanzitutto la gentilezza dei ragazzi che lavorano qui: a modo, premurosi e pazienti. La pasticciera è stata in grado, dopo aver ascoltato tutte le mie idee (non molto chiare), di darmi dei consigli su come poter scegliere al meglio la composizione della torta, pur rimanendo sull'idea originaria che le avevo proposto. Il risultato è stato spettacolare! La torta ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative! Superlativa è dir poco e non sto esagerando. Da brava golosa sono molto esigente in fatto di dolci (?). Non vedo l'ora di riordinare da voi! I miei complimenti perché, in casi come questi, non bastano mai!!?? My first order in this laboratory took place a few days ago (6/10/2021) for the preparation of a cake for my birthday. First of all, I must underline the kindness of the guys who work here: kind, caring and patient. The pastry chef was able, after listening to all my ideas (not very clear), to give me advice on how to best choose the composition of the cake, while remaining on the original idea that I had proposed. The result was spectacular! The cake far exceeded my expectations! Superb is an understatement and I'm not exaggerating. As a good gourmand, I am very demanding when it comes to sweets (?). Can't wait to reorder from you! My compliments because, in cases like these, they are never enough !! ??

Danesi tra i più buoni in assoluto e da provare assolutamente i taralli alle olive... uno spettacolo!! Stra consiglio ??? Totally gluten-free oven / laboratory where you can find sweets and savories baked on the same day! Danesi among the best ever and to try absolutely the taralli with olives ... a show !! Stra recommend ???

Io acquisto soprattutto pane per la colazione, ma in passato ho comprato anche le basi per la pizza. Tutte ottime. Il personale è cordiale. The mini pizzas and almond paste sweets are very good. I mostly buy bread for breakfast, but I've also bought pizza bases in the past. All excellent. The staff are friendly.

Acquistate pizzette (ad un prezzo non propriamente economico) per via delle ottime recensioni. Immangiabili, peccato fossero per dei bambini rimasti molto delusi. Ok il cartello fuori il negozio che recita più o meno:per prodotti freschi meglio ordinare in anticipo, ma questo non autorizza alla vendita di prodotti impossibili da masticare per un adulto dalla dentatura sana, mal conservati nonostante il quantitativo esagerato di olio (che si sa è di per sè un conservante) ed un retrogusto di cibo che ha assorbito "tanti odori" ... Conosco ed acquisto i prodotti gluten e lactose free da anni in tutta Italia e questa è stata la peggiore esperienza. There should be a decency limit to the products that are sold. Beware of "rave reviews". Buy pizzas (at a not exactly cheap price) because of the great reviews. Inedible, too bad they were for children who were very disappointed. Ok the sign outside the shop that reads more or less: for fresh products it is better to order in advance, but this does not authorize the sale of products that are impossible to chew for an adult with healthy teeth, poorly preserved despite the exaggerated quantity of oil (which is known is in itself a preservative) and an aftertaste of food that has absorbed "many smells" ... I have known and bought gluten and lactose free products for years all over Italy and this was the worst experience.

Ottime frappe sotto carnevale e buonissime le pizzette salate (focaccina, rossa e con patate!). Ci ho preso anche la torta per il primo anno di mia figlia sebbene la celiaca fossi io ? Divine gluten-free croissants, finally you can see the layers of pastry and not the classic crumb brioche !! Excellent frappe under carnival and delicious savory pizzas (focaccina, red and with potatoes!). I also got the cake for my daughter's first year even though I was celiac ?
