Acquistato da una settimana un prodotto per un regalo (20 ridicolissimi euro), ho chiesto la sostituzione per vari motivi (tra l'altro avrei speso 5 volte di più acquistando un'altro articolo di cui necessitavo).
Il venditore, appellandosi a scuse a dir poco ridicole, si è rifiutato di sostituire l'articolo nonostante lo scontrino della settimana precedente.
Negozio/venditore/ditta veramente poco raccomandabile e poco affidabile.
Cliente perso e cattiva pubblicità assicurata!
Bad experience.
I bought a product for a gift a week ago (20 ridiculous euros), I asked for a replacement for various reasons (among other things, I would have spent 5 times more by purchasing another item I needed).
The seller, appealing to a ridiculous apology, refused to replace the item despite the receipt from the previous week.
Really disreputable and unreliable shop / seller / company.
Lost customer and bad publicity guaranteed!
