g	giovanni alessio migneco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizialmente (per ben due volte) non avevano risolto il problema in quanto solo in un secondo momento si è scoperto che il problema era l'intero motore uscito difettoso. Hanno dovuto sostituire tutto il motore (ovviamente in garanzia). L'unico inconveniente è stato restare senza macchina nuova (km 9.000) per quasi due mesi. Initially (twice) they had not solved the problem as only later it was discovered that the problem was the whole engine that came out defective. They had to replace the whole engine (obviously under warranty). The only drawback was being without a new car (9,000 km) for almost two months.
E	Emanuele G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato tre anni fa dal concessionario Autoéquipe Laurentina su consiglio di un mio collega e devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto della professionalità dello staff e dell'acquisto della Renault Captur SportEdition2 Energy. In questi tre anni anche il settore officina si è dimostrato efficiente e l'automobile ha risposto esattamente alle mie aspettative, anche se pandemia e lockdown hanno purtroppo limitato il piacere di sfruttarla appieno. A fine 2021 andava deciso il riscatto o il cambio di modello ed il passaggio di testimone come consulente alle vendite è passato da Emanuele ad Alessandro, constatando quindi sempre l'ottimo livello dello staff di Autoéquipe, in quanto ero dubbioso sul cambio del modello e più orientato al riscatto, finendo poi per seguire i consigli e passare alla nuova Renault Captur Intens e-Tech Hybrid, con i dubbi sciolti dopo pochi minuti minuti durante la prova su strada dell'auto nuova con Alessandro. Ovviamente la professionalità è estesa anche al centro consegne, la sostituzione dell'auto vecchia con la nuova è avvenuta qualche giorno fa con un tutorial di tutto rispetto. Obviously the professionalism is also extended to the delivery center, the replacement of the old car with the new one took place a few days ago with a respectable tutorial.
