Avevo un emocromo da far analizzare, avevo fatto 10 minuti di ritardo, 10,40, le signore non hanno voluto aiutarmi e venirmi incontro nonostante io sia una cliente. Conosco e rispetto le regole, ma a volte ci vuole un po' di flessibilità, se non fosse stata una cosa urgente non sarei andata il 14 agosto , sarei stata su una spiaggia. Mi dispiace per l'accaduto. Full respect for Dr. Azzue, empathetic and professional, I am sorry, however, for an episode that happened. I had a blood count to analyze, I had 10 minutes late, 10.40, the ladies didn't want to help me and meet me despite being a client. Si potrebbero elencare tantissimi punti positivi ma vorrei soffermarmi solo sui più importanti che rendono di questa attività gestita dal Dottore Azzuè un centro impeccabile. -Precisione e cura del Personale; -Pulizia impeccabile dei locali; -Professionalità del personale che oltre a mettere a proprio agio le persone che si trovano lì per analisi o tanti altri servizi che il centro offre, riescono a svolgere un lavoro minuzioso senza mai recar problemi ai propri clienti. Ma la cosa che più mi stupisce sempre di questo centro è la disponibilità che offre anche nei casi urgenti per i propri clienti mettendoli al primo posto. Grazie Dottore Azzuè, grazie a tutto lo staff composto da veri professionisti di M.E.D.A Lab. The professionalism and service that this laboratory guarantees are impeccable. Many positive points could be listed but I would like to focus only on the most important that make this activity managed by the Doctor Azzuè an impeccable center. -Precision and care of the staff; - Impeccable cleaning of the premises; -Professionalism of the staff who, in addition to making the people who are there for analysis or many other services that the center offers comfortable, manage to do a meticulous job without ever causing problems to their customers. But the thing that always amazes me most about this center is the availability it offers even in urgent cases for its customers, putting them in the first place. Anche una o due volte a settimana. No tutti i giorni. Però..... Cmq all accettazione sconsiglierei la dottoressa antipatica e scorbutica. (Forse perché era incinta???? ) They should pick up until 11.00 for people who work late and are unable to go within the scheduled time. Even once or twice a week. No every day. But ..... Son venuto dalla provincia di LT appositamente, e raccomando chiunque a fare lo stesso. Un altro centro che effettua tamponi nel comune di Minturno non ha affatto esibito la stessa professionalità e per questo consiglio a tutti di recarsi presso MedaLab. Grazie davvero. I came from LT province on purpose, and I recommend anyone to do the same.
