Avevo chiesto alle persone in fila se potevo andare e nessuno mi ha dato contro, in 30 secondi ho fatto.
Non ho capito la lamentela ma vabbè
 I've been there a couple of times, especially for the visits I made at work and I was fine.
Except once when I had to leave a urine sample and the girl at the desk told me I had to make the appointment, when I just had to leave the sample and come away
I had asked the people in line if I could go and no one gave me up, in 30 seconds I did.
I did not understand the complaint but oh well
