Non do cinque stelline perché a volte è complicato trovare qualcuno. Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable prices. Waiting times to receive items sometimes long, but you know it at the start. I don't give five stars because sometimes it's hard to find someone.

Devo dire che la commessa che ho trovato all'interno del negozio era carina e disponibile, ma purtroppo non basta. I was in the shop in Pisa and frankly I was expecting different things or better the quality of the materials and the invoice is very low and therefore it should correspond to a low cost and instead the prices are high. I must say that the order I found inside the store was nice and available, but unfortunately it is not enough.
F	Francesca Chericoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei lasciato volentieri 5 stelle per la cordialità del personale del punto vendita e la qualità del mobilio (ho acquistato una camera matroniale e un soggiorno), MA in fase di montaggio mi è stata rotta una anta dell'armadio della camera da letto e il cassettone e ho richiesto di cambiare i pezzi, mi è stato accordato e da GENNAIO NON È VENUTO NESSUNO A PORTARMI I PEZZI DI RICAMBIO E RIMONTARLI NONOSTANTE IO ABBIA CHIAMATO DECINE DI VOLTE E IO SAPPIA CHE I PEZZI SONO IN MAGAZZINO! SONO MOLTO ARRABBIATA E DELUSA. I would have gladly left 5 stars for the friendliness of the staff at the point of sale and the quality of the furniture (I bought a double bedroom and a living room), BUT during the assembly phase a door of the bedroom wardrobe and the chest of drawers were broken and I requested to change the parts, it was granted to me and since JANUARY NO ONE CAME TO BRING ME THE SPARE PARTS AND REASSEMBLE THEM DESPITE I HAVE CALLED TENS OF TIMES AND I KNOW THAT THE PARTS ARE IN STOCK! I AM VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED.

Sono preincollati e pezzi unici per questo il trasporto è difficoltoso e sicuramente la fattura non è ottima. Non sapendo da dove partire, la ragazza e' stata molto disponibile, competente e professionale.. poiché fin dall'inizio ci ha mostrato vari progetti,ovviamente tutto personalizzato, ci ha seguiti per tutto il percorso anche nel montaggio della cucina.lo consiglio vivamente We went to this shop to buy the kitchen.
