I prezzi sono discreti, sia su nuovo che usato, anche se alcuni negozi online ormai hanno prezzi ineguagliabili. Eppure ho comprato due volte da loro nell'ultimo periodo, perché garantiscono l'usato un anno (di legge) e il nuovo 4 anni. Avevo provato a farlo online, ma il sistema non me lo permetteva, quindi ho dovuto farlo di persona in negozio. Dopo soltanto una settimana, senza aver mai aperto la confezione del prodotto, mi sono reso conto di aver fatto un acquisto erroneo - errore mio. Li ho contattati, chiedendo la cortesia di restituire il prodotto, dato che la politica degli acquisti online è quella di avere a disposizione due settimane di tempo per restituire il prodotto. Ho ricevuto risposta negativa. A quel punto ho proposto di vendergli il prodotto come usato, a una cifra però comunque più alta visto lo stato perfetto del prodotto. Mi hanno sparato un prezzo che mi faceva perdere la metà del valore del prodotto. Tutte le mie richieste sono state ignorate, nonostante un acquisto fatto da così poco tempo, nonostante io sia un cliente da vari anni, nonostante abbiamo verificato di persona in negozio che effettivamente il prodotto si trovava nelle stesse condizioni nelle quali me lo avevano venduto. Mi è stato proposto di acquistare un prodotto di un valore uguale o maggiore, nonostante non ci fosse un prodotto che mi servisse, perdendo comunque un qualcosa come 200€. Sono rimasto stupito dall'incredibile mancanza di flessibilità, applicando protocolli in maniera robotica senza considerare l'elemento umano e lo storico di una persona che acquista da loro da almeno un decennio. Good Canon and Nikon gear, binoculars, jackets, even quick passport photos if you're traveling on to countries where you need a visa. The price for my Canon was very close to the online price from manufacturer in USA. Quite different from the bustle and hustle of B&H in New York; the Italian salesman actually apologized to answer the phone (he was the only one there) and kept it brief. He also knows his stuff and without pushing to sell me things I didn't need, told me what I had to have (like a memory card.) There's a cool ancient ruin near the intersection for the store.
