★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een heerlijk rustig, schoon en mooi appartementje voor een gezin twee tot drie kinderen. Of een groep vrienden van 5 personen.
Er zijn twee slaapkamers, een woonkamer en een ruime keuken. De grote slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en eigen toilet en doucheruimte. De tweede kamer heeft twee aparte bedden en naast de kamer een ruime badkamer met een douche en toilet, ook is er een wasmachine.
De woonkamer is ruim, heeft een televisie en heeft nog een slaapbank of bed naast de normale zitbank.
De keuken is voorzien van een koelkast, vriezer, vaatwasser en magnetron.
De gastheer is een ontzettend vriendelijke man. Hij spreekt goed Engels en is erg gastvrij.
Bij aankomst lagen de handdoeken, toiletpapier en doucheproducten voor ons gereed.
Vanaf deze plek is het trein-, tram- en busstation op 5 minuten loopafstand. Maar leuker is goede wandelschoenen mee te nemen en alles lopend te doen. Er is onverwachts veel meer te zien dan je zou denken.
 What a wonderfully quiet, clean and beautiful apartment for a family of two to three children. Or a group of friends of 5 people.
There are two bedrooms, a living room and a spacious kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own toilet and shower room. The second room has two separate beds and next to the room a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet, there is also a washing machine.
The living room is spacious, has a television and a sofa bed or bed next to the normal sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The host is an incredibly kind man. He speaks good English and is very hospitable.
Towels, toilet paper and shower products were ready for us upon arrival.
From here, the train, tram and bus station is a 5-minute walk away. But it is more fun to bring good walking shoes and do everything on foot. There is unexpectedly much more to see than you might think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo appartamento spazioso e pulito, esattamente come appare nelle foto. Perfetto per famiglie. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. A pochi passi dall'appartamento c'è un piccolo supermercato e la zona è ben collegata coi mezzi pubblici sia ai monumenti principali di Roma che alla stazione di Termini e all'aeroporto di Fiumicino. Accoglienza ottima. Esperienza positiva da ripetere!
Great spacious and clean apartment, exactly as it appears in the photos. Perfect for families. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A few steps from the apartment there is a small supermarket and the area is well connected by public transport both to the main monuments of Rome at Termini station to Fiumicino airport. Excellent reception. Positive experience to repeat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa vacanze in posizione strategica per visitare Roma, vicinissima alla stazione di Trastevere (treni per Fiumicino aeroporto e per San Pietro). In pochi minuti col tram n. 8 si arriva nel cuore di Trastevere, a piazza Venezia e al Colosseo. Con una sola fermata di treno si arriva a San Pietro.
L'appartamento è nuovo, pulitissimo e funzionale, con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno breve. In zona ci sono molti locali e ristoranti tipici. La domenica mattina, proprio dietro l'angolo, c'è il mercato storico di Porta Portese. La zona è tranquilla, i prezzi sono decisamente ottimi soprattutto se si viaggia in gruppo.
Holiday home in a strategic position to visit Rome, very close to the Trastevere station (trains to Fiumicino airport and to San Pietro). In a few minutes with tram n. 8 you arrive in the heart of Trastevere, in Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum. With just one train stop you can reach San Pietro.
The apartment is new, spotless and functional, with everything you need for a short stay. In the area there are many bars and typical restaurants. On Sunday morning, just around the corner, there is the historic market of Porta Portese. The area is quiet, the prices are very good especially if you are traveling in a group.
