★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - I paid for a suite, they put me in a regular room.
- The manager tried to lowball me about refunding the difference. Only after my repeated insistence did they refund the correct amount.
- Wifi did not work at all. The receptionist tried to convince me that the fault is with my computer. My computer connects to wifi flawlessly everywhere else.
- Their own website lists the distance from the train station to be 200m. In reality, it's 500m. Not a trivial difference when you are hauling luggage.
4-star hotel? I don't think so. For your own sake, stay away from this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice decoration. Good breakfast. Good service. Great position with subway available not far 5 minutes walk. Nearby train station that goes to the airport. Unfortunately the neighborhood is not that clean. For the room there is only Italian TV and a few international news TV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself was clean and reasonably comfortable but the free WiFi was very slow. Breakfast was fine but no toaster facilities - you have to ask staff to take the bread and toast it for you.
However, the attached restaurant was a total disaster! Go there at your peril!! We spend three hours having a four course meal. Problems? The food was often cold, badly cooked and not always what we had ordered - although it was well presented!! Make sure that if you have a similar experience that you get a big discount on the bill! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location at the edge of the city and friendly staff, save the deal. The rooms are really out-dated and can use a good renovation. Breakfast is really good, but not very large choice. Luckily as a business traveler the discounts make up (somewhat) for the quality of the rooms. The full price is really not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in town for one night in Rome and since this was a last minute booking, we booked the first available option. The guy at the counter, Antonio (has no business being in the hospitality space) couldn't get our vaccine certificates (we're fully vaccinated) scanned so denied entry to the room that we had already paid for. Not only were we left with no accommodation for the night, we were also ripped off as he didn't want to refund our money after denying entry to our room. My gripe is not financial here - It's the character of the individual and the values of the organization. It's pretty despicable to turn foreigners away from their prebooked accommodation. I would not have him as my employee, but maybe the hotel sees him as a valuable asset to rip people off?
