β β β β β I was very jetlagged after +24hours of travel. This hotel provided me with a safe, very clean, comfy bed, and spacious room to rest up in. The complimentary breakfast had lots of variety of tasty foods. Staff we're very friendly. Check-in and Check-out was very easy. There's a grocery store a short walk away. The Collessum and other tourist attractions was only a 30 minute walk away. I had a wonderful stay, Thank you very much.

β β β β β Staff service level is the worst.
It was insulting, like being racist.
I checked the bills I paid with a fluorescent light in front of them to see if they were counterfeit bills.
At that time, that employee's expression, attitude, etc. really made me not want to go there again.

β β β β β We have stayed here for 3 nights.
The hotel is not in the main part of the city but is easily accessible via buses or the Metro system.
Rooms were clean and the 1 issue we had with our bathroom was treated quickly and well.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception is manned 24 hours.
There is a breakfast service but it costs 15 Euros a person!
For comparison, you can walk 5 - 7 minutes from the hotel and get a very nice breakfast for a third of the price if not for less.
We were also annoyed that we have gone over the bill the evening before we left the hotel but when we left we were told we have to pay an additional tourist tax.
I understand that that tax is out of the control of the hotel but we should have been informed of it the evening before when we were discussing exactly that.
No one likes hidden costs!

β β β β β Really enjoyed our 5 night stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Lots of choice too.
We also had an evening meal at the restaurant. Authentic Italian food at good prices (less than β¬40 for 2 main courses and a big glass of wine)
All the staff were excellent, particularly Claudia who was on reception the day we left and helped when our transfer to the airport let us down.
The hotel is only about 20 minute bus ride (number 30) or 30 minute walk from Rome centre but was nice and quiet at night so we got a good sleep.
Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome.

β β β β β We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The staff were excellent and the room was spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. We asked for tea and coffee facilities and these were brought up to us within minutes at no extra cost. The buffet breakfast was superb with a good choice. Although quite a distance from the city centre this was not a problem, we purchased a travel card and caught the bus to and from the hotel each day, even going to the beach one day. We ate at the pizzeria next to the hotel and also the hotel restaurant, both of which were very good.
We are looking forward to returning to Rome and would definitely book this hotel again.

β β β β β WE WERE ABSOLUTELY SCAMMED. bathrooms were clean and staff were not very kind. Huuuge misleading advertisement is breakfast that costs 8 euros per person, so 3 of us got continental breakfast. however, we were charged in total 60 euros for the breakfast instead of 24. the tax and gratuity for waiters came out to be more expensive than the breakfast. there are no waiters that serve you food itβs basically continental breakfast. unbelievable the hidden fees here.
