★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, awesome staff, super clean rooms. Location is fabulous. Breakfast wasn't the best due to the eggs, bacon and toast been flat cold, hence not 5 stars. However, the hotel did refund us breakfast and apology. Have no problems in recommending this cute hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough good things about this B&B. The rooms are pristine. The views to Terme di Caracalla are beautiful. The breakfasts outstanding. The attention to detail is unrivaled. The service by the staff is exceptional — you feel the pride in their work. I have travelled quite a bit and have had the good fortune of staying in many nice places; this is one the best without a doubt.
