Proprietario moto gentile e disponibile. Lo Consiglio. I stayed here in June u.s. very comfortable and clean room, beautiful building with a fantastic internal courtyard. Well served by services. Friendly and helpful motorcycle owner. I advise.

N	Neat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice place, very clean room, exactly far enough from the city center and close to public transport. The hosts were very nice and welcoming, they even texted us when we were delayed and they gave us some bottles of water to fight the heat.

The location was very good, being on the south side of the centre of Rome, allowing for walks that go through literally everything there is to see and ultimately reach the north side close to Piazza del Popolo. Also, it is well connected via metro (Re Di Roma station) and bus(87). The room itself was very good, in excellent condition, very clean and as you'd expect. The service was excellent and the owners were very friendly and welcoming!

He took time to talk us through very useful information about places we may have wanted to visit and how to get around the city. The apartment was a 20 minute walk from The Colosseum and we walked most places as wanted to take it all in on foot. We highly recommend this accommodation and we hope we get the chance to return.

This is a small property which makes you feel nice and cosy, so if you are after a more peaceful experience to escape the crowds this is the place. The owner was really nice, friendly and caring. Decent food options nearby with the unassuming Magna Pizza being a stand out star. Overall, would absolutely recommend this place and we would certainly stay there again.

Moreover, it is really close to the two different metro stations, which connect you into the heart of the city centre in around 10-15 min. Very clean & spacious rooms coming with fast WiFi. Free tea and biscuits in the kitchen area. Plus, lots of shops, supermarkets and pizzerias around the street. More importantly for us was that the owner was a super friendly host and kind guy, who made our Rome trip more enjoyable. A place we would definitely stay again without any hesitation.
