Les vins sont principalement de l’Italie, avec un choix des vins de Lazio qui me donne envie de revenir à ce petit caviste indépendant. La miglior sintesi è "si beve bene e si spende il giusto!". Il mio personale consiglio, anche se non si è di zona, è di provare questo locale perché tutto il tempo che impiegherete o benzina che userete per raggiungerlo saranno ripagati dai preziosissimi consigli del padrone di casa, Salvatore, che saprà trovare il miglior vino da abbinare per ogni vostra occasione e soprattutto "andate a colpo sicuro": altre enoteche non hanno questo rifornimento e/o questi prezzi. Last but not least: alla Vineria Gallia si possono trovare anche ottime birre, distillati, champagne e sotto Natale, eccellenze dolciarie. In my opinion the best Winery in town both as a constant search for quality labels and as a value for money. The best summary is "you drink well and spend the right amount!". My personal advice, even if you are not from the area, is to try this place because all the time it will take or gasoline you will use to reach it will be rewarded by the invaluable advice of the host, Salvatore, who will find the best wine to match. for your every occasion and above all "go without fail": other wine shops do not have this supply and / or these prices. Nulla da dire sui vini italiani: ampia scelta considerando le ridotte dimensioni dell'esercizio ed ottimi consigli del gestore. Aperitivo abbondante e gustoso. Un consiglio sui vini francesi: se un cliente vi dice di conoscere molto bene un cépage o una regione, non reagite come se fosse una sfida, ma prendetela come uno spunto per una piacevole conversazione nonché motivo per ampliare le vostre conoscenze. Ci si accomoda a uno dei pochi tavolini e si inizia magari con una bolla in abbinamento a sfiziosi assaggi e prodotti ricercati, spesso anche in vendita. Qualche chiacchiera con i bravi padroni di casa ed ecco qui una bella serata romana proprio nel centro del quartiere San Giovanni!
