N	Nicolas Sasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza. Ho soggiornato solo una notte, ma è stato più che sufficiente per capire che è un'ottima struttura. Ero solo, ma Luca, il proprietario, mi ha dedicato una double room con bagno. Letto comodo, bagno pulito ed accessoriato, TV e pulizia eccellenti. La zona Living è completa di tutto, lavandino, frigo, microonde e macchina del caffè. La struttura è facile da raggiungere sia in treno che in metro o auto. Stazione Tuscolana in 4 minuti a piedi e 6 minuti la metro di Re di Roma. Nei dintorni è ben fornita: Conad a 2 minuti e vari ristoranti o market. Oltretutto il proprietario mi ha chiamato svariate volte per accertarsi che tutto fosse ok. Ah, anche dopo la nottata, mi ha permesso di lasciare il bagaglio all'intero della struttura e anche la possibilità di pranzare nella zona Living. Davvero eccellente e consigliatissimo! Great experience. I only stayed one night, but it was more than enough to understand that it is a great property. I was alone, but Luca, the owner, dedicated me a double room with bathroom. Comfortable bed, clean and equipped bathroom, excellent TV and cleanliness. The Living area is complete with everything, sink, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The property is easy to reach by train, metro or car. Tuscolana station in 4 minutes on foot and 6 minutes by Re di Roma metro. In the surroundings it is well equipped: Conad 2 minutes away and various restaurants or markets. Furthermore, the owner called me several times to make sure everything was ok. Ah, even after the night, it allowed me to leave my luggage inside the structure and also the possibility of having lunch in the Living area. Really excellent and highly recommended!

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, cerca de todo pero lo suficientemente alejado para dormir y descansar por las noches, algo muy importante para mí. El barrio es tranquilo y tiene de todo: bares, restaurantes, supermercados, metro, parada de bus, farmacia, etc. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas, tal y como se ven en las fotos. Pero lo mejor sin duda son los anfitriones, Luca y Daria, que están en todo momento pendientes de que estéis bien. La comunicación ha sido maravillosa desde el primer momento. Jamás habíamos estado en un B&B con dueños tan amables. Las buenas críticas son muy merecidas. Si volvemos a Roma desde luego nos quedaremos aquí sin dudarlo. El español de Luca es perfecto y te hace sentir bienvenido desde antes de llegar. Un saludo desde Málaga! It has been a perfect experience. The accommodation is very well located, close to everything but far enough away to sleep and rest at night, something very important to me. The neighborhood is quiet and has everything: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, subway, bus stop, pharmacy, etc. The rooms are large and spacious, as seen in the photos. But the best without a doubt are the hosts, Luca and Daria, who are always waiting for you to be well. Communication has been wonderful from the first moment. We have never been in a B&B with such friendly owners. The good reviews are well deserved. If we return to Rome we will certainly stay here without hesitation. Luca's Spanish is perfect and he makes you feel welcome before you arrive. Greetings from Malaga!

Da subito ci ha accolti facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. Consigliatissimo, ci ritorneremo assolutamente. Baci Enza e family? We stayed over Easter, a very clean and central place. Luca is a fantastic person, super helpful. He immediately welcomed us making us feel at home. Highly recommended, we will absolutely return. Kisses Enza and family?
