Er erklärt seine Gerichte und Produkte sehr genau und gerne und nimmt sich Zeit für seine Gäste. Hier hat man wirklich das Gefühl, dass dem Gastgeber wichtig ist dass man einen schönen Abend hat. Great restaurant with a great host who is also a winemaker and fruit grower at the same time. He is very happy to explain his dishes and products and takes time for his guests. M	Marc Schneller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor einigen Wochen waren wir an zwei Abenden hier zu Gast. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und bedient als ob wir schon Jahre Stammgäste wären. Dabei war es unser erster, und gleich zwei Tage später der zweite Besuch. Am ersten Abend war das Lokal zwar ausgebucht als ich telefonisch reservieren wollte. Aber man bot uns an, da im unteren Stock an diesem Tag Schnaps gebrannt wurde und dieser Raum dadurch gemütlich eingeheizt war, das man für uns in der Brennerei einen Tisch für 4 Personen aufstellen könnte. So einzigartig wie dieser Platz war der ganze Abend. Und es trifft auf beide Abende zu wenn ich sage: Der Service, das Essen, der Wein und die Atmosphäre waren super! Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wie zu Gast bei Freunden und bekommt sehr leckeres Essen wie man es in Südtirol erwartet. Dazu der Wein der einen vom Wirt erklärt wird. Dieser Buschenschank ist absolut zu empfehlen! Es hat auch den Eindruck gemacht als ob die Einheimischen diesen ebenfasst häufig besuchen. Vielen Dank für die tollen Stunden. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sicher wieder! A few weeks ago we were guests here on two evenings. We were welcomed and served so warmly as if we had been regulars for years. It was our first and two days later the second visit. On the first evening the restaurant was fully booked when I called to make a reservation. But they offered us that schnapps was being distilled on the lower floor that day and that this room was comfortably heated by the fact that a table for 4 people could be set up for us in the distillery. The whole evening was as unique as this place. And it applies to both evenings when I say: the service, the food, the wine and the atmosphere were great! From the first minute you feel like you're staying with friends and you get delicious food as you would expect in South Tyrol. In addition, the wine is explained to one by the host. This wine tavern is highly recommended! It also gave the impression that the locals visit it frequently. Thank you for the great hours. We'll definitely be back next year!
P	Peter Klaus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfache Gerichte, einfach genial zubereitet. Dazu kann man dann in einem wunderschönen Gewölbekeller sitzen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher. Simple dishes, simply ingeniously prepared. You can then sit in a beautiful vaulted cellar. We love to come back here again and again.

The food was good, the wine also (as my hubby confirmed, I don't drink alcohol). However, - 2stars bc the waiter (or owner, I'm not sure) took reeeally long time in coming to each table. We waited very long for the food & wine.. The same situation at the other tables. But still, a cool place which should be visited, when in the area ?
