★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La miglior libreria indipendente di Pistoia. Ben fornita ed accogliente, particolare segnalazione per Mauro "il libraio", esperto e molto attento con i clienti. Il locale annesso "Il Bacaro", dove si può bere qualcosa e fare uno spuntino, aggiunge piacevolezza all'ambiente.
The best independent bookshop in Pistoia. Well-stocked and welcoming, special mention for Mauro "the bookseller", expert and very attentive with customers. The adjoining "Il Bacaro", where you can have a drink and a snack, adds pleasantness to the environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosciamo Lo Spazio di Via dell'Ospizio dai primi anni della sua apertura. Luogo di riflessioni, risate buon vino e chiacchiere mai scontate. Un piccolo luogo che racchiudeva la ricchezza di mondi diversi e offriva sfogo ad ogni tua curiosità alimentando il piacere della scoperta. Oggi Lo Spazio è Pistoia è già un pezzo della sua storia migliore e moderna. Restano tutte le belle intuizioni dell'inizio a cui si aggiunge il Bacaro tipicamente veneziano e una struttura nel cuore della città che già odora di storia, buoni libri e conoscenza. Noi non ne possiamo fare a meno aspettando di poterne godere di tutti i dettagli: i tavoli fuori, le coversazioni lato bancone d'epoca, il cortile fuori con il baldacchino da tè in ferro battuto e le presentazioni di libri, le esibizioni musicali e gli aperitivi. Ridateci presto la vera dolce vita e fateci tornare a godere di luoghi come questo. Grazie Mauro e Mario❤️
We have known Lo Spazio di Via dell'Ospizio from the first years of its opening. Place for reflections, laughter, good wine and never predictable talk. A small place that enclosed the richness of different worlds and offered vent to all your curiosity, fueling the pleasure of discovery. Today Lo Spazio è Pistoia is already a piece of its best and modern history. All the beautiful insights of the beginning remain to which the typically Venetian Bacaro and a structure in the heart of the city that already smells of history, good books and knowledge are added. We cannot do without it waiting to be able to enjoy all the details: the tables outside, the vintage counter-side conversations, the courtyard outside with the wrought iron tea canopy and the book presentations, the musical performances and the appetizers. Give us back the real dolce vita soon and let us return to enjoy places like this. Thanks Mauro and Mario❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È coraggioso aprire una libreria in centro senza avere alle spalle una grande casa editrice. Lo Spazio punta su titoli di nicchia, autori locali e unisce l'idea di libreria/bar cercando di creare un luogo di aggregazione e convivialità ... L'obiettivo non è stato pienamente raggiunto, secondo me. Manca quella sensazione di calda accoglienza che spinge il cliente a fermarsi, indugiare tra gli scaffali.
It is brave to open a bookshop in the center without having a large publishing house behind you. The Space focuses on niche titles, local authors and combines the idea of a bookshop / bar trying to create a place of aggregation and conviviality ... The goal has not been fully achieved, in my opinion. What is missing is that feeling of warm welcome that pushes the customer to stop and linger among the shelves.
