Volevo acquistare dei prodotti ma dopo la sua risposta maleducata ho deciso di andare via e non tornare mai più. (per i curiosi, c'era un libro rovinato e tarrandosi di un regalo avevo solo chiesto se ce ne fosse un altro disponibile)
The owner / manager should learn to be nice to his customers and avoid blowing the balloon. I wanted to buy some products but after his rude reply I decided to leave and never come back. (for the curious, there was a ruined book and getting a gift I just asked if there was another available)
