Il personale è competente gentilissimo, la libreria è ben fornita e anche sé non c'è quello che cerchi, riescono a fartelo comunque avere. Anche l'oggettistica non è male. Uno in lingua inglese e uno di matematica. A quello in lingua inglese ci ho rinunciato quasi subito, quando ho capito che avevano difficoltà a fare una semplice ricerca sul loro PC. Quello di matematica, della loro casa editrice (notate bene) in teoria me lo hanno ordinato, in pratica, dopo due settimane abbondanti di attesa e qualche viaggio inutile in negozio, scopro che non è arrivato, con la commessa che cerca di darmene un altro " simile" come dice lei. A questo punto le dico che lascio perdere. Nessuna scusa da parte sua e della sua collega ovviamente, per i viaggi a vuoto e l'inutile attesa. Torno a casa e ordino i libri su Amazon. Spedizione gratuita e arrivati a casa dopo 24 ore. Quindi io mi chiedo come potranno mai sopravvivere attività del genere se, non riescono a darti un servizio decente manco quando il libro che vendono è della loro casa editrice. E poi si lamentano dello strapotere di Amazon...su cosa potrà mai competere un commerciante al dettaglio se non su un valore aggiunto dato da servizio accurato, cura del cliente e cortesia? Bene, qui niente di tutto ciò. Evviva Amazon allora So, I don't understand how they keep them open. I went to them 20 days ago to order two holiday books for my daughter. One in English and one in mathematics. I gave up on the one in English almost immediately, when I realized that they had difficulty doing a simple search on their PC. The math one, from their publishing house (note well) in theory they ordered it to me, in practice, after two weeks of waiting and some useless trips to the shop, I discover that it has not arrived, with the saleswoman trying to give me another one "similar" as she says. At this point I tell her that I leave it alone. No apologies from him and his colleague of course, for the empty trips and the unnecessary waiting. I come home and order the books on Amazon. Free shipping and arrived home after 24 hours. So I wonder how such businesses will ever survive if they can't give you a decent service even when the book they sell is from their publishing house. And then they complain about Amazon's overwhelming power ... what can a retailer ever compete with if not on an added value given by accurate service, customer care and courtesy? Well, none of that here. Long live Amazon then
