★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in questa libreria per mettere in conto vendita dei libri di mio figlio. I commessi sono molto cordiali. Purtroppo sono un po' lenti nel servire i clienti. Se non fosse stato per un ragazzo che sapeva come muoversi tra computer e quant'altro a quest'ora ero ancora là. Peccato perché in quell ora e mezzo che ho "soggiornato" in libreria ho visto entrare molta clientela. Consiglio per i ragazzi che lavorano all'interno della libreria: provate ad organizzare meglio la gestione dei compiti di ciascun commesso. Sono sicura che raddoppierete il vostro "portafoglio clienti"
 I went to this library to put on consignment of my son's books. The salesmen are very friendly. Unfortunately, they are a bit slow in serving customers. If it hadn't been for a boy who knew how to move between computers and everything else I was still there by now. Too bad because in that hour and a half that I "stayed" in the library I saw a lot of customers enter. Advice for young people working in the library: try to better organize the management of the tasks of each clerk. I'm sure you'll double your "customer portfolio"
