Consiglio solo di impacchettarlo meglio, piegato e compresso in busta in quel modo arriva un po' sgualcito!

 2 months, attracted by their promo on teddy at 30 euros on instagram, I ordered a biscuit color. Apart from the super fast and accurate shipping, but the article conforms to the description and photos visible on the istagram page.
I just recommend to pack it better, folded and compressed in an envelope that way it comes a bit crumpled!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato un ordine da questo negozio il 28 dicembre.. passa tempo e attendo perché purtroppo causa covid la merce fatica ad arrivare.
Attendo pazientemente per un mese che si sblocchi la situazione fino a quando non vengo informata che purtroppo la giacca che ho ordinato non verrà consegnata.
Pazienza, non è un problema se non che, dovrei essere rimborsata.
Ad oggi, 2 marzo, devo ancora essere rimborsata di 220€. Quando cerco di contattare il negozio vengo sempre rassicurata che prima o poi mi verrà bonificata la somma. Oggi è un mese che aspetto un semplice bonifico.
Mai più.
I placed an order from this shop on December 28th .. time passes and I wait because unfortunately due to covid the goods are struggling to arrive.
I wait patiently for a month for the situation to clear up until I am informed that unfortunately the jacket I ordered will not be delivered.
Patience, it's not a problem except that, I should be reimbursed.
As of today, March 2, I still have to be reimbursed for € 220. When I try to contact the shop, I am always reassured that sooner or later the sum will be remitted. Today I have been waiting for a simple transfer for a month.
Never again.
