Pochi giorni dopo si è accorta di un buco nella manica e lo ha riportato con tanto di scontrino e cartellino attraccato. Si sono rifiutati di cambiarlo asserendo anche che sia stata lei. Poco professionali e molto maleducati nei confronti dei clienti. Sconsiglio vivamente di servirvi lì. Mai successo da nessuna parte una cosa così. My girlfriend bought a dress for a wedding. A few days later she noticed a hole in her sleeve and brought it back with a receipt and a docked card. They refused to change it even claiming that it was her. Unprofessional and very rude towards customers. I strongly advise against serving you there. Such a thing has never happened anywhere.
C	Chiara Lassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo fare presente all'azienda che non ha voluto fare il reso di un vestito nuovo, riportato in negozio con cartellino e scontrino, mai messo però bucato e alle commesse che oggi mi hanno trattata in modo scortese, che osservando bene l'abito (cosa che voi non avete minimamente fatto) presentava due buchi, identici uno sopra la manica ed uno sotto, causati molto probabilmente dalla rimozione delle placche antitaccheggio durante il mio acquisto. Volevo inoltre ricordare che fiducia e rispetto nei confronti del cliente sono fondamentali e che voi, nei miei confronti non li avete minimamente avuti! Saluti e buona giornata! Allego foto dei due buchi, scontrino e cartellino!
