Magari non sanno di essere una farmacia qualsiasi, una fra le tante e non l'unica della cittá. Consiglio vivamente, a tutti, di fare qualche passo in piú per raggiungere la farmacia successiva. Sympathy, courtesy and helpfulness are here, completely unknown things. They may not know they are all a pharmacy, one of the many and not the only city. I highly recommend everyone to take a few more steps to reach the next pharmacy.

Mi ero già ripromesso di non tornarci, poi ho deciso di dare un’altra possibilità, ma stavolta ho chiuso davvero. È pure bugiardo visto che il prodotto che cercavo, che il signore sosteneva che non esistesse, l’ho acquistato alla farmacia più avanti! Per caso pensate che i clienti siano scemi? Ennesima occasione persa, insieme al cliente ovviamente. Se volete acquistare i vostri farmaci, anche quelli prescritti dal vostro medico, in tranquillità senza ricevere giudizi, pareri non richiesti e moralismo spiccio state alla larga da questa farmacia in cui la professionalità non sanno nemmeno dove sta di casa. Di farmacie in centro a Pistoia è pieno e in nessuna ho trovato mai la maleducazione che ho trovato qui. If you want to buy your drugs, even those prescribed by your doctor, in peace without receiving judgments, unsolicited opinions and brisk moralism, stay away from this pharmacy where professionalism does not even know where it is at home. It is full of pharmacies in the center of Pistoia and in none have I ever found the rudeness I found here.

Lavorando al Dipartimento di Prevenzione della Usl Toscana Centro ho avanzato dubbi circa questa (dis)informazione, ma mi è stato ribadito che il tampone rapido a pagamento e senza prescrizione non è valido per il fine isolamento. Informazione errata, anche il sito della regione conferma che non c'è bisogno di prescrizione medica e di prenotazione su piattaforma on line, dove tra l'altro non mi risulta sia ad oggi possibile prenotare tamponi presso le farmacie.
