Concordo con le altre recensioni sul fatto che le farmaciste sono lente e che il numero elimina code a volte non funziona ed altre volte viene utilizzato impropriamente. Sulla cortesia nulla da eccepire, sono sempre stato trattato con gentilezza. Prezzi alti rispetto ad altre farmacie di cui mi servo. Preparazione delle farmaciste poco uniforme, quindi si va un po' a fortuna. I often go to this pharmacy because I live nearby. I agree with other reviews that pharmacists are slow and that the number eliminates queues sometimes does not work and is sometimes misused. Mi è capitato che mi hanno sbagliato i farmaci richiesti o consigliato farmaci e integratori non adatti a uso pediatrico per un bambino di 5 anni. Sconsigliatissima Very rude and unhelpful staff, I confirm the exhausting slowness and if that were not enough the staff are completely incompetent. Però dalle ore 12.00 fino alle ore 16.00 non c'è nessuno ed è il miglior orario per fare acquisti. Friendly staff, waiting times, as in all pharmacies especially when there is a queue for the CUP. But from 12.00 until 16.00 there is no one and it is the best time to shop.

Non posso quindi fare il tampone che mi serviva per raggiungere la mia destinazione con l'aereo. Non si sono neanche degnati di avvisami e ora rischio di perdere il viaggio per colpa loro. Una volta in cassa, ora 11:55, mi è stato detto che il CUP era chiuso. Capisco che, generalmente il CUP sia chiuso di sabato in alcune farmacie, ma allora poteva essere specificato nel cartello di cui sopra. Inoltre il personale è stato decisamente sgarbato, dicendomi che "se non leggo non è colpa loro", peccato che all'ingresso non fosse scritto nulla. Il cartello sulla chiusura di sabato era affisso in cassa, a lato, in fondo al negozio.
