Quindi grazie Liu Jo, ma soprattutto grazie DANIELA ????? Una sola commessa per tre clienti... gentilissima ma non dotata di poteri sovrannaturali...pertanto il servizio al cliente non è altissimo. Brand with unmistakable style. A single order for three customers ... very kind but not endowed with supernatural powers ... therefore the customer service is not very high.

La commessa con fare molto scocciato appena ci saluta ci ricorda in maniera altrettanto scocciato che se non siamo intenzionati a fare acquisti che possiamo uscire " velocemente" dal negozio perché ci possono essere altri potenziali clienti che possono essere intenzionati a comperare qualcosa(se non ci dai il tempo di entrare come fai a sapere quali sono le nostre intenzioni)....non aggiungo altro. This afternoon my wife "forces" me to enter this shop in Bologna in search of a dress that she had already eaten as a Christmas present. The saleswoman, very annoyed as soon as she greets us, reminds us in an equally annoyed way that if we are not willing to make purchases that we can "quickly" leave the shop because there may be other potential customers who may be willing to buy something (if you don't give us time to enter how do you know what our intentions are) .... I won't add anything else.

Punto vendita luminoso e pulito, proprio in centro Bologna. I was looking for a bag I had seen in another of their stores as a gift and they didn't have it, but the girls were kind enough to show me the new models allowing me to make an even better impression. Bright and clean point of sale, right in the center of Bologna.
