Sono stata accolta con professionalità e gentilezza.
Non solo ho trovato ed acquistato quello che cercavo ma sono stata coccolata e servita con grande professionalità soprattutto dalla Sig.na Valentina che è riuscita a farmi guardare nuovamente allo specchio facendomi sentire BELLA. Abiti ritoccati perfettamente dalla sarta... che dire...ho trovato la Mia Boutique di fiducia! Grazie e complimenti a tutto lo staff, ragazze competenti, professionali ed estremamente gentili!
 After wandering around Bologna in search of a classic blue dress to use as a uniform, I entered this shop.
I was greeted with professionalism and kindness.
Not only did I find and buy what I was looking for but I was pampered and served with great professionalism especially by Miss Valentina who managed to make me look in the mirror again making me feel BEAUTIFUL. Dresses perfectly retouched by the seamstress ... what can I say ... I found my trusted Boutique! Thanks and congratulations to all the staff, competent, professional and extremely kind girls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brave. Anni fa mi ero giurata di non mettere più piede ma ci sono ritornata notando un ricambio del personale. Oltre all'indiscussa bellezza dei capi proposti in collezione, il servizio al cliente è quello che ti fa ritornare nei negozi, ed è quello che adesso mi fa spesso ritornare qui.
Brave. Years ago I swore I would never set foot again but I went back noticing a change of staff. In addition to the undisputed beauty of the garments proposed in the collection, customer service is what makes you come back to the shops, and it is what now often makes me come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero, direi ottima, cliente pluriennale!!! Sono entrata in negozio con il preciso intento di acquistare dei capi visti sul sito! Sono uscita senza acquisti! Sono molto sensibile ai diritti umani e non posso tollerare gli esaltati e gli estremisti! Non comprerò mai più capi max & co né presso il negozio e né on line! Credo che le "disposizioni aziendali" abbiano tenuto conto di eventuale perdita di clienti, evidentemente trascurabile! Allora dirottero' i miei acquisti verso negozi di maggiore prossimità con il cliente.
I was, I would say excellent, a multi-year customer !!! I entered the store with the specific intent of buying the items seen on the site! I went out without shopping! I am very sensitive to human rights and cannot tolerate the exalted and the extremists! I will never buy max & co garments again either in the shop or online! I believe that the "corporate provisions" have taken into account any loss of customers, obviously negligible! Then I will redirect my purchases to stores closer to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service at this location. We visited on a recent trip and they we’re extremely helpful when shopping; very knowledgeable of their products and trends. More extraordinarily, when the store staff discovered that we had left something a day later, without hesitation they arranged for it to be posted to our next destination. Max&Co has always been a brand we’ve supported and the excellent staff in Bologna really does exemplify the shopping experience we’ve always enjoyed with the brand.
