★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXACTLY the same thing just happened to me (refer last review). The middle aged bald guy manning the fanicular ticket line! He hands over the change, I turn around, walk half way down the line and realise I have been dodged, turn around and he has the €10 sitting on the table and waves it at me. Complete set up so he has plausible deniability. If it was a genuine mistake (which it wasn’t) he should have called after me. I’ll be calling later to follow up on this.... this con artist should be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of the criminals that work here! They will try to give you back the wrong amount of cash change and steal your money! These people should go to jail for all the crimes and theft they commit against tourists. They will steal your money in front of you in broad day light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable ticket price but grumpy lady at the ticket office. The lady immediately sneered at me when i wanted to buy bus tickets. She was more interested talking to the man behind her than working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful not to get ripped off. Paid for return tickets but only given one way ticket. Didn't realise until after queuing for 45 mins on the return trip being refused entry. Then to buy return ticket would have been another 45/60 minutes queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a huge line in middle of August and only one counter open with no shade or let alone AC. You can't buy tickets online and you can't buy them onboard. This is Italy in a nutshell. They are years behind the whole world in terms of efficiency and customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff give you short answer and then got back to her cell phone (after every question) she was not that interested in answering more less giving information. I would recommend to go off-season, so you don’t have to wait too long to get a ticket.
