Very good. We hired a trip around the Island, so we saw some breathtaking views. The captain-guide was very knowledgeable about the sights and made the trip very enjoyable

Total SCAM. Avoid at all costs. They wouldn’t even let us on the boats into the cave because it’s an EXTRA 15 euro each and cash only. they NEVER tell you prior to departing on your boat. What a joke.

They don’t deserve to have a business. They scammed my group out of hundreds of Euros just to scam you AGSIN in the middle of the ocean forcing u to pay 15,euro more per person to see what you paid to see. Total SCAM.

Beware, this company is a scam!!!Well, for their behaviour, zero would be appropriate. We arrived at the harbour at 10.05, they sell a tour around the island at 10.45. We booked it. We arrived their at 10.30 and asked some informations about leaving our stroller. Then, we waited...at 11am we asked when are we going to leave. They answered that the boat left and that the next one is at 11.15. The guy said the made an anouncement!!This is false, we were 10 people waited almost at the same time in advanced. Nobody made any annoucement and there were no other group than us. Be carefull with that practice. Here is what I have understand and confirmed by some locals. The company did not get enough tourists to fill up a full boat to do their tour. So they wait for the next departure and just cancel the previous one we booked for and give us this answer of a full boat who left even if they are aware that we were on the spot 15 minutes before the departure. As I ve started to argue politely with one of the guy, he told me to see that with the counter and the guy there repeated his text about a full boat and an announcement and give us back the money as he probably noticed that we did not arrive a minute ago but 15 minutes earlier and that he does not want me to make any scandal in front of the rest of the group who probably stay for another departure....I don t know if this practice is in all companies but to be sure, avoid as the plage the Motoscafisti one. By the way their name can t be seen except on the tickets, the tshirts and the mail adress written in small letters, nothing big who can be seen from distance to remember in case of problem.

If you are going to do a tour, use the original company. It was an excellent way to get an overview of this beautiful island and the boat captain and his assistant were great.

This trip takes on different tours around the island. We went on a 1 hour tour on a day where the wind was so heavy all other trips was cancelled. And the waves was pretty scary some places on the tour. But the captain was a really competent sailor and surely knew what he did. But an amazing scenarie. Its so beautiful to see Capri from the sea. Next time we will take the 2 hour tour all around Capri.

Do not use this operator. We booked a tour around the island (without Blue Groto) but stopped at the Blue Groto were taken hostage to wait until some passengers went to see the groto. We are now waiting since 1hr of 2hrs journey. in front if the groto. Waste of time and money.

I know this place gets some mixed reviews but we had a good experience overall--they didn't charge us for all our kids which was cool. Not sure if that's a policy or a Naples-ish thing where they look at how many kids you have and whether they've had their second espresso that day or not and show you some mercy. The signage shows you have to pay separately for the Blue Grotto on site but we forgot to ask if the Blue Grotto was open the day we went (it wasn't). We found out during the tour which was a bummer--again, just ask ahead of time.
